  1. To what areas does Splendid Seating deliver?
    Splendid Seating is happy to offer delivery service to all of the Southside and the Peninsula in Hampton Roads. We can deliver outside of these areas for a fee.

  2. Can I take the chair covers to an out of state wedding?
    Here at Splendid Seating, we want to do everything we can to help make your wedding or other special event as beautiful as it can be. If your wedding is taking place outside the state of Virginia, we will work with you to set up arrangements for an extended rental period.


  3. I am interested in a sash color that I don't see listed on your site, can you get it?
    Here at Splendid Seating, we are constantly acquiring new sash colors. If there is a color you are interested in having for your event, please be sure to ask about it and we will do everything we can to get that color for you.


  4. How far in advance do I need to book chair covers for my event?
    As soon as you have your venue and color scheme selected, you can book your chair covers. We recommend that you book your covers no later than 4 weeks prior to your event, but we will do our best to work with you regardless of the amount of time before your event date.


  5. Can I change the quantity of chair covers that I have ordered?
    If for some reason you need to add additional covers to your event after the contract has been signed, Splendid Seating will be happy to work with you on doing so. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of chair covers and sashes until an amended contract has been signed by both parties.
