$3.00 per chair
You select your chair cover style (banquet or folding chair) and color (white or ivory), as well as a sash type and color. Splendid Seating delivers your selected chair covers and sashes to you 24 hours prior to your event. You are responsible for setup and takedown of the covers. Splendid Seating will pick up all chair covers and sashes within 24 hours of the end of the event.

Full Service - So Your Focus Can Be On You
$4.00 per chair
You select your chair cover style (banquet or folding chair) and color (white or ivory), as well as a sash type and color. Splendid Seating will work with you and your venue to coordinate the time necessary for setting up the chair covers. Splendid Seating delivers the selected covers and sashes to your event venue and sets them up. After the event, we will return to the venue to take down the chair covers. Splendid Seating will take care of everything for you, so you can be worry-free!

Table Overlays are $10 each and Table Runners are $5 each.

Rush Set Up Fee
A minimum of 2 hours is required for set-up prior to the event. For events of 150 chairs or less, there will be a $75 rush set-up fee if 2 hours is not allowed. A rush set-up fee of $125 will be required for events of 151 chairs or more. A minimum of 4 hours is required for events of 300 chairs or more. A rush set-up fee of $125 is required if 4 hours is not allowed for 300 chairs or more. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure adequate set-up time with the venue. In the event that this fee is necessary, it will be added to the final balance and must be paid with the final balance no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay the rush set-up fee will render the contract null and void.
